This single varietal cider pours a pure amber colour with a fine, yet persistent bead. The aromas are super fresh - notes of cut grass, tangy sourdough bread and white balsamic are the precursor to a gripping acidity on the palate that will ensure this cider becomes best friends with a strong, gooey cheese. The tart nature of Kingston Black apples is perfectly preserved, with grapefruit and lemon pith giving way to delicate oak and shortbread notes that ripple through the finish.
